Marte Johnslien
Eszter Salamonuses choreography as an activating and organising agent between various media such as bodily movement and actions, voice, text, moving image, sound, and music. Her works are developed through experimental and collaborative practices. Since 2014, she has started a series of works rethinking both the notion of monument and the practice of speculative history making. These works have been presented at venues such as Serralves Foundation, Center Pompidou, Museo Reina Sofia, Avignon Festival, Kunstenfestivaldesarts, Nanterre-Amandiers, Akademie der Künste Berlin, Kaaitheater, among others. In the frame of her research fellowship at KHiO, she is developing a series of lectures, films, and performances, as well as a writing practice.
