Bojana Cvejić’swork spans philosophy, theater and performance-making and performance education. She is author of several books (a.o. Choreographing Problems, Palgrave 2015, Public Sphere by Performance, with A. Vujanović, bbooks 2012 and three volumes of A Choreographer’s Score with A. T. De Keersmaeker, Mercatorfonds 2011-13) and collaborated on many theater and dance works as dramaturge/performer/writer since 1996. Cvejić is Professor of Dance and Dance Theory at the Oslo National Academy of Arts and teaches at P.A.R.T.S. Brussels. She has been the co-founding member of TkH collective (Belgrade) 2000-2016 with whom she realized many journals, performance and other projects. Among more recent works, in 2013, she curated the exhibition Danse-Guerre at Musée de la danse, Rennes and in 2014, she devised a choreography and lecture program titled Spatial Confessions for Tate Modern’s Turbine Hall. Cvejić is currently completing a book (co-written with Vujanovic) Toward a Transindividual Self(Archive Books, forthcoming).
